When 4-year-old Lakshmi went for a routine health

When 4-year-old Lakshmi went for a routine health check at her school, the results were heartbreaking.

She was diagnosed with severe malnutrition and found to have a painful tumor on her neck. But because of her low weight, she wasn’t eligible for the surgery she needed.

💔 For many children, that might have been the end of the story.

But Lakshmi’s school community stepped in - providing care, meals, and constant support. And today, because of their love and your prayers, she has gained enough weight to qualify for surgery.
